Stop converting your scores to the score reporter it is way off it puts the equated percent of 61% at 185 not 196, and even if you count the amount you get wrong it still under reports by about 5 points. Tutors will hype the NBME's that way you can pay them big bucks to teach you NBME concepts/explanations. Use NBME's only for active learning.

I feel most of the questions should/will be the same besides pharma/ethics portions. Oh good point. I encourage everyone to hold up taking NBMEs 18-24 earlier just yet because the NBME is known to heavily recycle questions. I think Free120 was the most like the real thing tbh. And both the NBME's were pretty on par if not a little harder than the real thing.

NBME 30 was the only practice I've failed so far. Lol. I thought it was extremely hard. The wording of the answer choices often threw me off, like I felt like I needed to do a lot of decoding.
